Delete Your Account
THE HELPING HEROS allows users to permanently delete their account and associated data directly through the profile management section.
For security reasons, account deletion is available only after logging into your account.
Steps to delete your account
- Login to your THE HELPING HEROS account.
- Open the Profile menu from the website or mobile app.
- Go to Edit Profile.
- Scroll down to the Delete My Account section.
- Confirm the deletion request when prompted.
What happens after deletion?
- Your profile information may be permanently removed.
- Wallet balances and coins may not be recoverable.
- Saved favorites and activity history may be deleted.
- Hire posts and related records may also be removed.
- Some records may be retained where legally required.
- This action cannot be undone.
